- A device that allows you to play songs, preferably a speaker

- Sound with 369 hertz frequency on youtube or a music platform

- Pillows and/or blankets

Smell & Taste:

- Organic food products of your choice for the taste and smell activities

Sight:

- Paint (choose watercolor paint as a more eco-friendly option)

- Paintbrushes (less is more - invite people to share the paintbrushes with each other, or to bring their own from home)

- Painting canvas (think about how you want to preserve this day. One of the options could be creating a book out of it, in this case, use pieces of paper as your canvas and bond them together after!)
